  • Colombiere Conference and Retreat Center in Clarkston, Michigan 9075 Big Lake Road Village of Clarkston, MI, 48346 United States (map)

A 3-Night or 5 NightMindfulness Retreat
led by Ruth Lerman, M.D., Bob Stahl, Ph.D.,
& Jan Landry, BSN, MA

Step into a quiet space where mindfulness becomes a way of living. The retreat allows you to connect deeply with yourself and others, and discover how mindfulness practices can bring wisdom and compassion into every moment — during and beyond our time together.

Choose between attending for three or five nights. This 2026 retreat fulfills the three- to five-night silent retreat requirement for the MBSR teacher training pathway and other mindfulness training programs.

The days will start early in the morning and last into evening with many breaks in between. Participants are expected to join in all practices and meal times together.

Find out more and register here. If you have questions, contact the Center for Mindfulness
